Résumé
The computerized Student Academic Profile and Enrolment System of Iloilo State College of Fisheries is highly conceptualized, futuristically designed, and carefully tested enrolment system that will speed up existing manual process and reduce the time of retrieval of student records. The primary features are the online submission of student grades, generating registration form, total enrolees per semester and computerized assessment of fees without compromising the data security. Basically, the system flows from encoding the student information, advising and scheduling of subjects, assessment of fees, recording of payment of tuitions and fees, and generating student registration form. Searching options are present in every routines of the system for easy retrieval of information and data. Logically, this will greatly benefit the administrator, faculty and staff, students, and the school itself as described herein, thus, completing and meeting the general and specific objectives of the study.

The researchers and developers of this system used a waterfall life cycle methodology where every stage was cautiously and carefully carried out. Business Process Reengineering is used in order to achieve the drastic improvement of current performance in cost, services, and speed. This will be implemented through a client-server adopting theories of Transaction Processing System, Management Information System, Direct Access and Star Topology.
