Abstract

The researcher understands the needs of Agent Commission System in having a software product that would allow Saint Rafael Development Corporation to organize agents’ commission information management in a strategically designed internal presentation using modified waterfall model.

The Agents Commission System is strategically designed to contribute significantly and meaningfully to the economic development of the company by providing secure, confidential access to ensure property data and agent information, all within familiar, browser-based environment utilizing their existing resources and strengths in assisting St. Raphael Development Corporation (SRDC).

In essence the Agents Accounts Management System has all the tools needed to monitor agent progress. The system package provides simple and efficient tools for record keeping, agent assessment, computation of agents’ commission, maintenance on the agents’ files, generation of professional reports, and program participation progress for a competitive advantage in the industry by empowering the organization to improve agent services.
