The demand of technology nowadays is very high and the need of it to obtain a competent and excellent work is a must. The need of having a precise information is also essential to any company and organization for it is one of the key to have an effective management. Having them both in a system as their support gives a high chance of having a successful company and organization. As to SEAFDEC/AQD's concern, having a lot of visitors everyday is very hard to manage since they cannot control the visitors' behavior in filling up their profile in the form and it is one of the problems that SEAFDEC/AQD is having up to now. SEAFDEC/AQD is now considered as one of the tourist spots in Tigbauan since they have the collection of marine creatures and preserved marine life. They conduct trainings, seminars and programs to educate people regarding their advocacy. Our system tackled a lot about communication with technology. Our device is Near Field Communication (NFC) contributed a big part in our system since it is the medium of communication between the company to their visitor or trainee. Through this device it will minimize the process of the visitor in filling up their information in every offices since they will have to undergo just one process before entering and that is to enroll at the main gate. The consolidated information will be submitted at the Division Head office. As we study the case of SEAFDEC/AQD, our group decided to follow Sashimi Model. It is referred as the modified waterfall model with overlapping phases or waterfall model with feedback. This kind of model allows us to overlapped the implementation of a project, their are some problems that we discovered during every phases especially during design and implementation phase. However, the model also helped us to discover what’s best for the system since we base our next activity on the discovered problem. There are some phases that we have to insert an activity since it requires to our project and we will able to know what are the missing process to give in consideration to have a complete and finished project. The sashimi model presented well on how the system should be created. The project has been developed on Visual Studio as our front end and Visual Studio Local Database as our back end. The programming language that we have used during coding phase was C#, though there were a lot of trial and error we have encountered in terms of the code, still it is easy to manage due to its simplicity. Our project looks better through the help of Adobe Photoshop as we create the design and graphic and make it more user friendly with our user interface. Our project and the chosen system had helped in assisting and managing SEAFDEC/AQD problem since their major problem is mainly in managing their visitor’s details and knowing the total number of their visitors everyday. It had also helped us in understanding the concept of this kind of system and any related project.en_US
