Résumé
The Flowers by Richard Online Ordering System with Sorting Algorithm uses some functions that are related to the customer’s profile. The concepts were implemented as follows: the customer can choose weather the address will be addressed to whom it can also choose some payment options depending on their convenience. By creating different modules for the customer and administrator tasks such as updating the account, walk-in records the supplier and the inventory management are also being highlighted in this system in which the admin can add or remove.
In the course that conducted the study and the development of the system, the proponents made use of the ASP. NET and MySQL were the tools used in the development of the system. Adobe Photoshop CS6 was used in designing the GUI. Through the system, customers are able to maintain an online site and automatically purchase flowers for occasions and even on a casual day which is a more convenient way of shopping. The administrator can easily monitor every transaction and can attract more customers. It has payment, occasion, delivery and check out options by which the customer has to undergo a step by step process.
The Team used the agile method for the customer satisfaction by rapid and anticipates change and allows for much more flexibility than traditional methods. Clients can make small objective changes without huge amendments to the budget or schedule. Businesses have proven this model of project management with their increased client satisfaction rate, which had an advantage on the team.
