Résumé
The study aimed at creating a system that would provide another option for enrolling and that would compensate for the college lack of manpower and time-consuming system. The system contains many tables and stores information such as student’s academic records, class schedules, subjects, course curricula, and other essential data needed in the system.
The methodology used is the Modified Waterfall Model which has the following stages: Requirements Analysis Phase, System Design, Implementation, Deployment and Maintenance.
The system caters only to the existing students of College of Computer Studies with the following services: online advising, posting of grades, viewing of curriculum, add and update profile and download of college forms. The system lessens the enrolment time, speeds up file management, and minimizes inaccuracies and errors. It also helped improved and developed the manual process of the current system, thus, by providing a user friendly interface tool.
