Résumé
The beneficiaries of the proposed system are the owners of MEJ and its customers. This study aims to develop a website for MEJ that will eliminate the manual recording of the reports and will produce a computerized report.

The scope of the system covers the following objectives: to promote and advertise the company through their website; to design a customer profiling module that will capture the customer’s information and store it in the centralized database that can be accessed by the administrator; a module where customers can make quotations; Creating an Inventory Module to monitor the incoming and outgoing stocks.

The Methodology used for the development of the system is the Iterative Model that has the following stages: Initial Planning, Planning, Requirements, Analysis and Design, Coding, Test, Implementation, Evaluation and Deployment.

The MEJ Online Management System innovate the manual storing of data and allows the work to be fast and easy, especially on the area where update and storing of data will be faster than the current system. It generates efficient and accurate reports and monitors the progress of the jobs in the organization.
