Abstract
The proposed Goldrich Information System (GIS) will greatly help a furniture manufacturing company that is still using manual or not computerized based system processes and improve the services it offers. The GIS will organize data and information which will help the owner manage the data. The study aims to provide automated sales and inventory and improve the company’s quality of services offered by means of today’s technology.

It will capture transactions and secure important data in a database through the different modules created especially the estimated cost generation and materials requirement in making furniture for each category of customized transaction. The scheduler module will help monitor each worker’s transaction as well as the sales and income report generation.

The study is conducted by inputting the desired dimensions in the module and will generate estimated cost and material requirement, and then workers are scheduled in order to minimize the delay of production of the customized product, monitor transactions, and project a finish date.
