Central Philippine University equipment management system with mobile application

Abstract

The beneficiaries of the proposed system is the Central Philippine University Equipment Management System with Mobile Application. The features are the following: An organize computer system that could help a single individual to manage the required task that are done by the purchasing office and the property custodian. A database management system that would help the purchase office and the property custodian to store data and be able to retrieve as information in a short period of time. A mobile application that would help the property custodian in identifying and delivering the items received to its respective college/department, it would minimize human errors in delivery process. A printing module that would help both the property custodian in making reports with less stress and time. The methodology used for the development of the system is the Scram Methodology that has the following stages: Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Maintenance. The Central Philippine University Equipment Management System with Mobile Application will innovate the management of equipment that are purchased and acquired by Central Philippine University.
