The Central Philippine University Republic (CPUR) Events Management System with Mobile Application was designed specifically for the CPU Republic’s needs. The system was developed for the use of the students where they can access all the details during the month-long celebration of the university.
The Central Philippine University Republic (CPUR) Events Management System with Mobile Application gives an easier way for the students to connect with the latest happenings and updates during the U-Day Celebration through their mobile phones. The system has its three users, the students, admin and the subcommittee. The students can check all the updates per event through the mobile app. They can watch live streaming, check up on the score of the games, and even the latest announcements. Guidelines in all the events will be available for everyone, where they can easily download it from the app itself. Admin(s) will be the one to control everything and the subcommittee will be having a specific role where they can control parts of the systems.
In the methodology, Scum Methodology was the one used in developing the system. It was very useful for the researchers to easily modify through the development stage of the system and to interpret the problem by which lead them to meet all the requirements needed by the client.
In conclusion, the research was successful in meeting the functionalities and requirements that both the client and the panelists wanted which was giving a better method for the transaction process of the laundry shop by utilizing modern technology.
