Abstract
The Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERPS) consists of five modules which will be a big help to the Universal Distillery in terms of information sharing across the different departments. The ERPS streamlines the business processes of the company that saves time and effort. With the ERPS, the Universal Distillery management will be provided with timely and accurate reports and can project material requirements to produce desired volume of products. It also ensures data integrity in the company.

The Enterprise Resource Planning System used the spiral model for the systems development life cycle model. The system’s implementation was carried out with Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3, Visual Basic 6.0 as its front end, and MySQL 5.1 Community Server as the back end and MySQL ODBC Connector as an additional component.
