Classique Herbs Corporation information system

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop an Information System for Classique Herbs Corporation and develop a membership module that will display all the information of the clients and employees and store it in the database. Also to develop an inventory module that will know the ins and outs of every purchased product and automatically update inventory. Furthermore, to develop purchasing module for the secretary and employee that will determine who purchases the product and how many products the distributor purchased as well as to generate a report module that will show the company’s monthly and annual income. Moreover, to develop Sales/POS that can easily solve multiple products purchase. And lastly, develop a module that will compute bonuses of all the employees/members who purchased and recruited a new member to join the company. The methodology used in this project is the System Development Life Cycle - a conceptual model used in project management that describes the stages involved in an information system development project from an initial feasibility study until the maintenance of the completed application. The test case results in relation to the objectives were met through the development of Classique Herbs Corporation Information System with back-end framework and database that can add, update, secure and store the center’s records. The researchers hope to further enhance the system for future study. A system that is also flexible provides additional features like extra incentives and to be more exposed in the networking business, have updated activity, and new services that will improve the business of Classique Herbs Corporation.
