Résumé
This study entitled Solomon Integrated School de Iloilo Enrolment System with Web Application. Focuses on the following objectives: a development of a database that will manage information all throughout Solomon Integrated School de Iloilo, a development of a Computerized Assessment Module that would automatically assess/ correct the student's entrance examination, a development of a Registration Module that would allow student information to be saved and updated, a Tuition and Fee Module that would compute the tuition and fees of the student enrolled, development of a Website that would allow parents to monitor their child’s progress and grades and a Report Generation Module that could generate reports related to registration, enrolment and fees collection.
The methodology used for the development of the system is the Iterative System Development Cycle which has the following stages: Systems Planning, Systems Analysis, Systems Design, Systems Implementation and Systems Testing.
Results showed that the proposed Solomon Integrated school de Iloilo Enrolment System with Web Application would shorten the enrolment process, provide means of sharing of information among departments and accurate retrieval of student records, grades and other reports and provide a secured data storage and back up on files.
Based on the above conclusion, the proponents recommend the adaptation of the proposed system by Solomon Integrated School de Iloilo. However, further enhancement could be done in the system’s features to provide a more integrative transaction processing.
