The system is also capable of monitoring the expiration dates of grace periods issued by the BFP. It has the capability of creating monthly reports without having to browse all the records manually. The inspection checklist form of an establishment can be recorded in the database not through manual encoding but through a mobile web application that saves the inspection results directly to the database which can save time and effort. It can also provide printed notification letters, reports and certificates.
