A country, a state, or any political institution's government acts as a system of law and order. Local governments have historically played a key role in providing residents of local communities with services in many different countries. Every municipality needs an official establishment to offer services to the locals and manage daily business. However, accessibility to the community may not even exist if these offices are not close to one another, particularly if they are connected. The municipality of Badiangan currently faces a dilemma focusing on the serviceability of their national and local government offices. These include lack of offices, the need for additional office space, lack of storage facilities, and the need for efficient transactions. To address these concerns, a government administrative center was designed at Poblacion, Badiangan. This study consists of architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing designs which follow the various standards and codes of practice. The construction specifications, cost estimates, solid waste bin layout, traffic flow, and flow of people are also provided. The inclusion of rainwater harvesting system were used in the structure’s design which is considered as the best feature of the building. The 1,000 sq. m. proposed structure, with an estimated cost of PHP 29,823,188.66, to be funded by the Local Government of Badiangan, has a duration of 192 working days. Installation of safety and security devices is strongly recommended.

The construction of a slaughterhouse is one of the priority projects in Miag-ao, Iloilo. This project is the answer to the dilapidated slaughterhouse in the said municipality.
At present, there is an existing slaughterhouse but it is deteriorating due to some problems. One, there is no proper waste water treatment second, drainage system and the nearby residences are affected of the foul odour from the slaughterhouse. For this reason, the project proposal is introduced. This project study covers the structural and architectural design of the slaughterhouse. The structural design includes the design of trusses, columns, and footing. Ultimate Strength Design (USD) method is used in the design analysis of reinforced concrete structure and for all structural steel members. Steel reinforcement sizes of the Philippine Standard reinforcing bars are adopted. Reinforced concrete and steel are the main structural materials used in the construction. Steel is used in trusses and purlins of the main structure and reinforced concrete is used in slab, columns, footings, and walls.
The proposed slaughterhouse has a rectangular shape with an area of 130 square meters. There is an adjoining lairage for housing livestock to be slaughtered.
The duration of the proposed project will take 310 days and the estimated total project cost is 3,915,719.05php. This project study proposes the construction of a two-storey PWD center that will serve as training ground to help persons with disability (PWDs) achieve gainful employment - the opportunity "to be productive members of the community."
As far as community-based rehabilitation (CBR) programs are concerned, the most common problems encountered are training costs and accommodation. Handicap International (HI), one of the partners of the local government unit (LGU) of Concepcion, believes that a permanent facility assures long-term financial practicality and effectiveness of services for PWDs.
The proposed PWD center measures 144 square meters in floor area and is designed to accommodate approximately 50 persons, including PWD users and related personnel. It will serve as a rehabilitation and training center for PWDs in the municipality. It will also make provisions for trainings and other related activities which will regularly be undertax by the Disabled People’s Organization (DPO).
The design includes a reception area, consultation room, examination rooms, multipurpose rooms, equipment room, isolation room, staff room, kitchen and dining room, and toilets.
The estimated cost of the project is four million nine hundred forty-five thousand eight hundred twenty-nine pesos and sixty-four centavos (Php 4,945,829.64). The project will be constructed within 147 calendar days.
