Appointment scheduling is one of the vital tool in helping clinics, hospital and any form of business which involves managing their client. This is study is entitled UGC Clinics and Laboratories Patient Scheduling System. It focused on the following objectives: doctor, secretary, receptionist and Patient database to store, retrieve and manage their profile. Scheduling module which includes doctor’s office hours, doctors schedule appointment which allows to view of the appointments that are scheduled for their offices which can be then be approved, disapproved or rescheduled. Lastly, the Automated SMS module will be used for sending reminders to patients on their approved scheduled and will remind again for their upcoming appointment.
The methodology used to development of the system is Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Spiral Model which has the following stages: planning and requirements, risk analysis phase, engineering phase and Evaluation phase. Through the system Doctors are able to edit their own profile and create patient profile then schedule the patient. Depending on the doctor’s availability. Secretary has similar features as the doctor. And the receptionist can only view the doctor’s appointment. Thus increasing the secretary and receptionist efficiency in serving the patient in the way retrieving summaries of patient records. The system has an automated SMS which will remind them in instant after confirming the patient schedule.

Database construction and maintenance has evolved into one of the most critical aspects of the day-to-day operations of the modern business company especially as the world completes its transition into the digital age. The protection of data and information has never been more tenuous than it is today: the faster speed which humans now transmit information demands that the repositories for these data and people handling them keep up with the pace and yield safe, reliable performances in the act of maintaining data integrity. This study was created to help spur this process through the use of a web-based system.
The Web-Based Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Assistance System use a variety of tools to assist the staff operating in the office of City Disaster Risk Reduction Management (CDRRM) and other affiliates involved in its daily operations. The system was intended to be used as a tool in storing and presenting disaster-related statistics, becoming a web-based repository of information pertaining disasters. As such, concepts that were integrated are as follows: Reporting, User Evaluation, Mapping, and Data Mining. The researchers made extensive use of the Prototyping Model. PHP was used as the system’s backend whilst using MySQL as the system’s database. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript were used as its front end.
By creating different modules for the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) and its affiliates, tasks such as report submission, barangay profiling, disaster mapping, etc. can now be done with more efficiency as per the benefit of an online environment.

The proponents of the Web-Based Real Estate Property Management System desired to make the real estate property buy and sell in Iloilo City a more efficient, more convenient the people, and to help improve the real estate business, its sellers and customers.
Employing the Adaptive Structuration Theory (AST) inspired by Anthony Gidden’s concept of structuration, developed by M. Scott Poole, took a critical approach to the linear models of communication and determined that group dynamics are too complicated to reduce a few propositions or a predictable chain of events. This theory sought to understand the types of structures that were provided by advanced technologies and by the structures emerged globally, as people interact with such global development.
The newly developed system by the proponents can perform the following tasks: The users can register and access the website and brokers can post a property to sell. A search module was added as one of the major features on which the users can search for the desired property, provided with the content-based filtering algorithm for recommendations of the property, based on the user’s recent search. A mapping module was also added to provide the location of the property through “Google Maps”.
This project is recommended to future researchers who would do similar project study and hopes that they would benefit from this study for more improvement.

Arduino platform has become quite popular with people just starting out with electronics, and for good reason. Unlike most previous programmable circuit boards, the Arduino does not need a separate piece of hardware in order to load new code onto the board - you can simply use a USB Cable.
The purpose of this study is to develop a Web Application for Central Philippine University College of Theology with Book Locator. The library has a thousand of books which are permanently stores in every shelf in every category. As a consequence, these books are often difficult to locate. The suggested approach facilitates the use of Arduino Technology for relocating the books. The main components of the solution are the Light Emitting Diode and a router. Also the system covers the announcement, registration, requisition, reservation, searching, account management, book profiling and feedbacks.
The development of this project will benefit the students and patrons of the College of Theology and also as the members of ATESEA. The announcement that will post an announcement from time to time, registration that will registered users to gain access in the web application, requisition that will request a book, reservation that will reserve a specific book.
This project is develop by PHP, a server-side scripting language designed for Web development and C++, a general-purpose programming language. PHP is used to develop the Web Application and C++ is used to develop the Arduino Based Book Locator.
