The study is designed to develop a Rice Crops Nutrient Deficiency and Disease Incidence Monitoring System Using Image Analysis. It is developed to provide a more reliable, convenient, efficient, and effective monitoring of nutrient deficiency and disease incidence of rice crops to agriculturists and farmers.
The system can reduce the workload of the agriculturist and farmers in analysing rice crops. The system can provide detailed information about the nutrient deficiency and disease incidence and can measure the rice field and estimate the fertilizer or pesticides needed and can save the diagnosis report for future review. The diagnosis reports saved can be viewed easily for the review of the users.
The agriculturist and farmers will use a drone as a device to capture a top view image of the rice field and then upload it on the system to analyse its nutrient deficiency and disease incidence. After the system has been analysed, the users will decide and diagnose with the provided nutrient deficiency and disease incidence by the system and provide additional information later on for the final diagnosis that can be saved and viewed for later review.
Iterative method was used as a methodology of this study wherein the researchers developed the system. In using the Iterative method, the researchers continued developing the system while doing field study to the rice fields and making all adjustments and changes where the users will be satisfied on the process.
The system provided easier diagnosis of rice crops for both the agriculturist and farmers.

Iloilo City Urban Poor Affairs Office (ICUPAO) Management Information System with mapping was developed to provide to the user a convenient way of managing data and do not need to go through a time consuming manual computation and data retrieval.
The system has features that will help them properly managed their daily transactions. It includes registration of applicants, awarding of registrants, profiling the records, monitoring and generating reports of awardees. The system's front end was developed through Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 while its back end was SQL Server 2008. Windows 7 Ultimate was used as the operating system during the development until implementation.
It aids the personnel on their operations and for safekeeping of records and other information that is essential to their office.
The system will also provide sufficient assistance to the staff on their day-to-day operational transactions wherein the MIS will provide features and capabilities for the users to better manage the information that were processed. The system also manages all the records for easy updating of the status and provides an easy way to generate reports. Thus, this will increase the efficiency and effectiveness in data management of the ICUPAO.

The study is designed to create a Management Information System for Study Link Review and Tutorial Center. The proposed system automates the day-to-day operations and transactions of the tutorial center to provide a more systematic process in dealing with the transaction and to be able to generate reports for the owner and tutors of the system.
The system focused on the objectives to the following objectives: a Profiling module which all the information of employee and students can be viewed as well as its program and services; an Enrolment module to enrol the students and reviewee; a Scheduling wherein the user can schedule the classes and add new classes and subjects together with the tutors; a Student Progress to evaluate the status of the student and send notifications via SMS; A Payment module which store all the balances and payment of the students; a SMS module which the user can send announcement, reports and other reminders of the center and; reports which all the transaction can be viewed by the owner of the center.
The methodology used to develop the system is the Scrum Agile Model that has the following stages: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Sprint Development.
Results shows that the Study Link Review and Tutorial Management Information System would help all the employees, students and especially the owner to make their work easier in terms of retrieving files, computation of payments, summarizing the monthly and annual reports, sending reminders regarding of their payment and other announcement.

This study was designed to develop a Management Information System for Western Visayas Sanitarium. It focused on the following objectives: A database that would store and retrieve patient’s record more efficiently and securely, a lab-scheduler module that would generate schedule of laboratory tests for each patient to minimize the queuing outside the laboratory room, a cashier’s interface that would determine the total amount to be paid by the patient for laboratory test, a billing and payment module that would process all the billing and payment transactions and generate periodic consolidate reports and a module that would generate reports on common illness on a weekly and monthly basis.
The methodology used for the development of the system was the Iterative System Development Life Cycle which has the following stages: planning and requirements, analysis and design, implementation, testing, evaluation, and deployment.
The result showed that the proposed Management Information System would innovate the traditional way of processing, and would make the hospital into an efficient, environmental-friendly interface tool for viral information dissemination. As a whole, the proposed system is a great help in the transaction processing management of the hospital from the current system of hospital processing.
